Agreement:
By downloading or buying any of the content from this site, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by it.
Payment:
Prices are in EUR. Paypal services are used to transfer your money. Contact me if you like to pay some other way. I consider Paypal as very safe way of payment for any buyer. Payment for finished artwork is needed prior to shipment. For commissions is payment requested after the artwork is finished and approved by you as client.
Delivery of originals and commissions:
Shipping is included in price. Framed works are shipped in a Box or Crate. Unframed and unstretched works like paper drawings or paintings on canvas are shipped in Tubes. Delivery time for international shipments 7-14 business days (estimated time). You need to check your local import rules.
Delivery of ready to print files:
After Paypal proceed the payment I will get notification. Within one working day from receiving the notification I will sent you bought files on e-mail address stated in Paypal notification. ( add any message or different e-mail address while checking out with Paypal). In exceptional cases I may be late with sending files, in that case you will see notification in Success page where Paypal redirect you after successful payment procedure.
Return Policy:
You may return any finished art piece bought from me within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping costs. This does not apply to custom framed artworks and commissioned work! (Custom frames are discussed individually and commission are paid after after you see and approve final result - photos sent.)
Artwork have to be in original condition and packaging. Artworks that have been damaged, altered or modified any way are not returnable.
Contact me before you decile to return any artwork. You will have 4 days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork.
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the artwork within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 4 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
As for Ready to print art we cannot give you money back once we send you download link. Always try free option before you buy.
In cases where you like to cancel a purchase and get refund for your non-sent yet purchase , please contact me ( info@valovic.com ) and provide full details of your purchase. You will get refund less Paypal fee. (about 6%). Refund will be send up to 3 working days from day we receive the request. Please note, you will not be entitled for a refund in case of downloading or using purchased content.
Personal and Commercial use:
Each file or artwork bought or downloaded for free from this site are intended for personal prints. No digital use is allowed. You can make up to five (5) prints of any size but for personal for noncommercial use. For any commercial use, publishing or modifying the files or art artwork my prior approval is needed ( write on info@valovic.art ). Only allowed downloads are those with dedicated download button (download for free). All other downloads are not allowed.
